Holiday Basketball Camp

​

Day 1 - 12-29 Shooting Camp is a 2 hour camp designed to develop and refine shooting mechanics.  We will go through the 3F system of footwork-flow-form.  Camp will include dynamic form shooting, shot ready from the catch, pound and pull to shot and competitive shooting games.

Day 2 - 12-30 Offensive Development camp is a 2 hour camp designed to improve a players ability to recognize and read where the offensive advantage is, including attacking the basket, finishing and using various screens and handoffs.  2v2 and 3v3 with constraints will help teach and reinforce common 2 and 3 player actions.  Two player actions may include pass-cut, off-ball screens, dribble handoffs and pick and rolls.  Three player actions may include zooms, pick-pass-roll, Spain PNR and Ram screens.

Coaches will be Marc Sherry and Nimrod Hilliard.   Nimrod is a 10 year professional basketball player. He was named Mr. Basketball of Wisconsin 2011 out of Madison East High School before having a successful college career at the D1 level.
